How does it work?
- The inspection is ordered in 5 simple steps through the module on our website.
- We conduct employee inspections throughout the country, within 1-3 business days as of the day of accepting the order.
- During the inspection, we verify whether the employee:
- is staying in the place indicated on the sick leave form, observes medical recommendations,
- does not violate the provisions of sick leave ("may walk", "should lie", "care for a family member"),
- does not take up work.
- Sickness leave control is carried out in the corporate standard while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- The inspections are carried out by our experienced employees, who are appropriately qualified and trained.
- The inspection report is sent directly to the employer.
