The phenomenon of sickness absence in the company is the result of many internal and external factors and is currently one of the main challenges in the area of human resources management in the organization.
The main objective of the workshop is to raise awareness and build appropriate attitude of employees of human resources and HR departments, as well as management staff and to promote knowledge about new and effective tools for comprehensive management of absence in the organization. The trainings include theoretical knowledge gained by Conperio, which has been verified in practice in Polish enterprises.
