How does it work?

  • The inspection is ordered in 5 simple steps through the module on our website.
  • We conduct employee inspections throughout the country, within 1-3 business days as of the day of accepting the order.
  • During the inspection, we verify whether the employee:
    • is staying in the place indicated on the sick leave form, observes medical recommendations,
    • does not violate the provisions of sick leave ("may walk", "should lie", "care for a family member"),
    • does not take up work.
  • Sickness leave control is carried out in the corporate standard while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • The inspections are carried out by our experienced employees, who are appropriately qualified and trained.
  • The inspection report is sent directly to the employer.
