Information on the protection of personal data for persons contacting Conperio Sp. z o.o.

Personal Data Administrator


In accordance with art. 4 item 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), the Administrator, i.e. the entity deciding on the purposes and methods of data processing, is Conperio Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Leszno, ul. Wolińska 19 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

Personal Data Protection Officer

Purpose, legal basis and period of personal data processing by the Company


The personal data provided in the contact forms and provided as part of the correspondence shall be processed in order to answer the question in the scope indicated in the contact form/ this correspondence pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 (f) of the GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Company, for the period necessary to conduct correspondence in connection with the question asked, and then for archiving purposes (not longer than for 2 years). Providing data is voluntary, however, failure to provide them may make it impossible to reply and conduct correspondence.

Transfer of personal data


Your personal data: may only be disclosed to entities providing technical and IT services to the Company (e.g. e-mail hosting, maintenance and technical support of IT systems), shall not be transferred by the Company outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Rights with regard to data processing


You have the right to access the data, the right to rectify (correct) the data, the right to request the deletion of the data and the restriction of data processing.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time – for reasons related to your specific situation.

Your data shall not be processed in an automated manner, which at the same time could lead to making decisions towards you that have legal effects or in a similar way significantly affect your situation.

Regardless of the rights granted above in connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the Head of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
